Acceptable Use
By using the Trippify website you declare and agree that:

Use the website services only for legitimate reservations.
You are at least 18 years old and have the legal right to create a legal obligation.
You will inform all other persons on whose behalf you are making the reservation of the terms used in the reservation, including all applicable rules and restrictions.

Using Credit and Debit Cards
Most credit cards or debit cards are accepted for payment. You can include other passengers in your bookings made on our website.
Payment is accepted through credit cards issued by different countries, and we may keep some credit cards issued by certain countries prohibited from use on our website and are not allowed during the booking process.
Payment is accepted through debit cards that are not blocked by the banks that issued them for use on e-commerce sites. If your debit card does not work on the website, please contact the card issuer to activate it. The bank may replace the old debit card with a new one that allows you to use it on e-commerce sites.
Your credit card or debit card will be charged when you make your booking.
The ticket will be sent to your email registered with the payment process.

Mobile Terms
By using Trippify is Android or iOS applications to access the Site and its Partner Services, you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions set forth herein, in addition to the rest of the Terms of Service. Your continued use of the Mobile Services is conditioned upon your compliance with these terms.
By using the Mobile Services, you acknowledge and agree that Trippify has no obligation to repair, support, improve or update the Mobile Service or to provide all or any specific content through the Mobile Service. Additionally, you acknowledge and agree that we may access, collect and use data that may include personal information that your mobile device automatically makes available to our applications, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Fraud
If your booking shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, Trippify may cancel the travel booking corresponding to your name, email address, or account, as well as cancel any accounts associated with Trippify. In addition, the Site may verify your credit card if you have engaged in any fraudulent activity, and we reserve the right to take any legal and/or civil action and may be liable for any monetary losses to the Site, including litigation costs and damages. To cancel your booking or freeze your account, please contact Customer Service.
Trippify reserves the right to take all necessary steps to ensure the confidentiality, security, and integrity of the system while taking care of our customers and protecting their information. To this end, we may take various measures to verify and confirm the validity of the orders placed by you. If Trippify, in its sole discretion, determines that your purchase transaction is not or does not fairly appear to be genuine, reliable, enforceable or valid, Trippify may cancel your reservation at any time prior to the scheduled departure of the relevant aircraft or the expected date of visit to any property booked through the Site.
In the event that a refundable reservation is made and subsequently cancelled, Trippify reserves the right to charge a processing fee if the cancellation is determined to be “exploitative” in nature. The processing fee will be 5% of the value of the reservation and will be deducted from any refund due to the customer.
Conditions of Carriage
The carriage of passengers and their baggage is subject to the conditions of carriage of the airline.
The carriage of passengers and their baggage may also be subject to the Warsaw Convention 1929 or the Montreal Convention 1999, and other applicable legislation which may limit or provide for the liability of the airline under certain circumstances.
Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
As a condition of your use of this Site, you agree to hold us harmless and indemnify us from and against any and all liabilities, losses, claims, expenses (including legal fees) and damages (whether direct or indirect) arising out of claims resulting from your use of this Site, including without limitation any claims alleging that you have breached this Agreement.
In no event will Trippify be liable to you for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive, consequential, exemplary or other damages (including without limitation loss of business opportunity, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated profits, loss of any financial or non-financial interest or any damage of any kind) arising out of (i) this Agreement, (ii) the Services, the Site or any other links on the Site, or (iii) the use of or inability to use the Services, the Site (including all Materials) or any other links on the Site. In no event will Trippify, or any of its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, third party partners, or suppliers, be liable to you for all damages, liabilities, losses, and claims arising out of or relating to your access to (i) this Agreement, (ii) the Services, (iii) the use of or inability to use the Services on this Site (including any and all Materials) or any other links on the Site, (iv) any interaction with the Site in any manner, whether in contract, tort, including negligence, breach of statutory duty, indemnity, or otherwise, in excess of the amount paid by you, if any, for use of the portion of the Services or the Website giving rise to the claim, or AED 200, whichever is less.
Waiver
The failure of Trippify to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision, and any waiver of any provision of this Agreement will be effective only if in writing and signed by Trippify.

The Trippify Site may contain links and pointers to websites operated by third parties. Trippify does not maintain these sites or control any information, products or services of such other sites. We provide links and pointers to other sites for your convenience without any conditions or restrictions on our part. You bear full responsibility for using links to other sites.

Booking Policy
Flight Booking Policy
The total price includes all applicable taxes and charges, excluding taxes or any other fees payable to the airport.
You must pay the total amount due before confirming your booking with us.
In most cases, no refunds will be given for no-shows or partially used tickets.
You may request meals, frequent flyer miles and special services, but these are subject to approval or rejection by the airline.
For any information regarding your frequent flyer miles, please contact the airline directly.
You must provide a passport valid for at least six months prior to the date of departure for both outbound and return flights. Please ensure that you have additional documents such as a visa and immigration clearance before travelling to your destination if required.
When booking infant tickets, i.e. children under 24 months of age, you must ensure that the child travelling is within the infant category for the entire booked journey before booking the ticket (round trip). If your infant is 24 months or older on your return journey, you must book a separate return ticket at the fare specified for that age group.
Infants are only allowed to travel with an adult who is at least 18 years old.
Trippify is not responsible for any changes to the flight schedule after your booking has been confirmed and your ticket has been issued, and we will notify you as soon as we receive any prior notice. Since the accuracy of flight times is not guaranteed, we recommend that you check your flight schedule 24 hours before departure.
Trippify reserves the right to charge transaction fees for its services.
Trippify reserves the right to amend any fees from time to time without prior notice. You are responsible for paying all amounts and fees due including service charges and taxes to Trippify.
Passengers must comply with all airline rules and regulations for pregnant women. Please contact the airline to confirm their travel policies. Trippify will not be able to refund the booking amount if the passenger is denied boarding by the airline.
Check-in
Passengers must check-in and obtain their boarding pass no later than 3 hours before departure. Late arrivals are considered “no-shows”.
According to airline rules and regulations, the standard check-in time is 3 hours before departure.
Infants must show official documents proving their age (under 2 years).
It is your responsibility to provide and bring all the required documents during your trip such as: a valid passport, entry visa, a valid transit visa in case of passing between two countries, immigration permission, etc.
Trippify will not be held responsible in case you are denied boarding
Change Booking
You may make any changes or amendments to your flight booking through Trippify. However, in some cases, you may need to contact the airline directly.
Any changes to a booking through Trippify are subject to the airline’s change fees, which may vary depending on the flight and booking class.
If you change your booking, you will be required to pay the difference in fare between the two flights, if any. Please note that if the new ticket price is lower than the original ticket price, the difference will not be refunded.
A rebooking/change fee will also apply to complete this process.
In addition to the airline’s amendment fee, Trippify is processing fee is AED 30 per passenger, up to 4 passengers per amendment. A maximum of AED 120 will be charged for bookings with 5 or more passengers.
The total amount due must be paid before we can change your booking. Which includes: the cost of the difference in price between the two flights, if any, Trippify is fees for changing the reservation, and the airline’s booking change fees, if any.
Some reservations are non-changeable, depending on the airlines’ policies.
Cancellation of reservation
Any cancellation of a reservation through Trippify is subject to the cancellation fees imposed by the airlines, which may vary depending on the flight and booking class.
Some reservations are non-refundable, depending on the airlines’ policies.
In addition to the airline’s cancellation fees, Trippify is processing fee is AED 30 per passenger, up to 4 passengers for cancellation. A maximum of AED 120 will be charged for reservations with 5 or more passengers.
We only accept cancellation requests that are sent via email, or made via customer service or WhatsApp. Trippify is not legally responsible for accepting any cancellation requests made through any other means, which may include (but are not limited to) mail messages or otherwise.
Online and Mobile Cancellation: We currently do not offer instant online or mobile cancellation.
Requests for cancellation of reservations (offline): We currently only accept cancellation requests sent via email, through customer service or via WhatsApp.
If you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours before the scheduled departure time, you must contact our customer service team here to complete this.
If you have completed the travel procedures, whether online, at the airport or by phone, and then wish to cancel the reservation, you must contact the airline directly to complete this. Please note that Trippify cannot refund the reservation amount in this case or bear any legal responsibility for any other issues arising from it.
For cancellation requests made by a passenger, which have been refunded and it is found that the owners have attempted to benefit from the same reservation or change it before it was deleted from the (PNR) directly through the airline, Trippify reserves the right to deduct the amount that was returned to their account again using the same payment method that was made on the website when booking previously.
Service fees charged for flight bookings are non-refundable and will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.
Refund
You must contact Trippify to request a refund, as airlines cannot refund any amounts paid for a Trippify booking.
The time it takes to process a request depends on whether it is a cancellation or refund request.
Refund requests for partially used tickets (e.g. using the first flight ticket and requesting to cancel the remaining part) may take 25 to 30 business days depending on the airline.
Trippify will refund the booking amount you have paid, minus the cancellation fee, only if the booking amount has been refunded to us by the airline or the airline service provider for your trip.
Getting approved to board the flight
Citizens of India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka require a “Getting approved to board” approval to be accepted for travel from their home country to the GCC countries. This applies to all visa documents and is not limited to the stamp in your passport.
Umrah and Hajj Bookings
GCC nationals do not need an entry visa to travel within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, while other nationalities need a Hajj and Umrah visa, which allows the holder to travel only within Makkah, Jeddah and Madinah.
Since these bookings are for Hajj and Umrah trips only, those who do not have a Hajj or Umrah visa are not allowed to board (including Saudi citizens, who will have other options to travel from within the Kingdom instead of outside it). It is the responsibility of the passengers to provide all required documents before their travel.
Please note that if the passenger is not allowed to board the flight by the airline, Trippify will not be able to refund the booking amount.
Waiting period for connecting flights
Passengers booking a series of connecting flights in one direction should ensure that the minimum waiting period between flights is a sufficient transit period before the departure of the next flight. Trippify displays these flights from airlines as one of the best options for saving on booking prices, but we are not responsible for unforeseen events such as schedule changes that may result in insufficient transit time or late arrival of your next flight and possible missing it. To avoid similar situations, make sure to book a round-trip flight through Trippify (where the waiting time between flights is best coordinated by the airlines) or make sure there is enough waiting time if booking connecting flights.
Hotel Booking Terms
When booking through Trippify website , you agree to and fully comply with all booking terms imposed by the accommodation, including cancellation and no-show policies and any other conditions imposed on you during your stay or booking, including the services and/or products provided by the accommodation (additional terms and conditions may be obtained from the specific accommodation)
Hotel room reservations must be made in the name of the guest/hotel guests. Please note that changes to guest names are subject to the hotel’s approval and discretion.
Late arrival or no-show
Some hotels have a set check-in deadline, and failure to show up at the specified time will result in your hotel booking being cancelled. If you are likely to be late for check-in or are unable to check-in on the day of your booking, you must contact the accommodation directly and inform them of this.
The accommodation must contact Trippify if you wish to cancel your (refundable) room reservation prior to your stay. If your booking is non-refundable, you will not be able to get a refund for your booking amount according to the cancellation policy.
If you fail to check into the accommodation on the day of booking without informing them, the remaining period of your booking may be cancelled and you may not be entitled to a refund, according to the accommodation’s terms and conditions.
Most accommodation has specific check-in and check-out times, and this service is not available all day. If you have booked with one of these hotels, we recommend that you contact the hotel directly and inform them of your specific check-in time.
Change or cancel your reservation
Cancellation policies vary between accommodations, some reservations are non-changeable or non-cancellable, some accommodations may charge a cancellation fee, while others allow a full refund. In some cases, you can get a full refund up until the cancellation date, after which you can get a partial refund or no refund. We recommend that you make sure to read the cancellation policy and no-show policy of the accommodation before completing your reservation. You can find the details of the terms and conditions of your reservation in the room information section, the reservation details on the guest information page and the payment page.
Please note that some reservations with certain rates or special offers cannot be changed or cancelled. Some accommodations may also charge an additional fee for early or late departure.
To make any changes to your reservation, please contact Trippify Customer Service, as this is subject to room availability and hotel policies.
Special Requests
Many accommodations have special policies for children, accompanying travelers and/or pets. As stated above, we recommend that you check the accommodation policy by contacting the customer service team or the accommodation directly.
While customers may make special requests, this depends on the accommodation’s policies and cannot be guaranteed. Additional charges may apply depending on the hotel’s policy.
Special needs
If you have special needs (for example, if you are wheelchair bound, or have a hearing or vision impairment), you can check the availability of special facilities for your needs under “Hotel Facilities”. We recommend that you contact the customer service team to check that all your special needs are met. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability at the accommodation and cannot be guaranteed by Trippify. If your request is not met, your reservation will be refunded, cancelled or modified depending on the hotel’s policy. If all your requirements are met, this will be confirmed upon arrival at the hotel.
Group bookings
You can book a maximum of 4 rooms in one reservation at one accommodation on the same date through our website. If it is found that you have booked more than 4 rooms under the same name and within separate reservations, your reservations will be cancelled and a cancellation fee will be charged (if any). Hotel room reservations must be made in the name of the guest/hotel guests.

At the accommodation
If some of the facilities that were booked based on your request are not available upon your arrival at your accommodation, we advise you to file a complaint with the accommodation management. However, Trippify does not promise or guarantee that any of the facilities you have previously requested will be available.
