Welcome to Trippify. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Trippify website, mobile applications, travel services, B2B solutions, White Label platforms, APIs and related services.

By accessing or using any Trippify service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

The website is operated by Trippify Trek Travel Agency L.L.C, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

02 Definitions

• "Trippify" refers to Trippify Trek Travel Agency L.L.C.
• "Customer" refers to any individual or business using Trippify services.
• "Supplier" refers to airlines, hotels, cruise operators, transfer providers, insurance companies and any third-party travel service provider.
• "Services" refers to all products and services offered by Trippify.

03 Use of Services

You agree to use Trippify services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

You may not misuse, disrupt or attempt unauthorized access to any Trippify platform or system.

04 Accounts & Eligibility

To use certain services, you may be required to create an account.

You must provide accurate and complete information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

05 Bookings & Suppliers

Trippify acts as an intermediary between customers and travel suppliers.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant supplier.

Additional supplier-specific terms and conditions may apply and shall govern the booked service.

Customers are responsible for reviewing supplier rules before confirming any booking.

06 Pricing & Payments

All prices are subject to availability and may change until booking confirmation and payment completion.

Payments may be processed through approved third-party payment providers.

Taxes, fees and supplier charges may apply depending on the destination, service and supplier.

Trippify reserves the right to cancel any booking where payment is unsuccessful or cannot be verified.

07 Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund policies vary according to the supplier and service booked.

Airlines, hotels, cruise operators and other suppliers may apply:

• Cancellation Fees
• Amendment Fees
• Administrative Charges
• Non-Refundable Conditions

Refund requests are processed according to supplier policies and may require additional processing time.

Refund timelines may vary depending on suppliers, payment providers and banking institutions.

No Show

Failure to use a booked service may result in partial or complete loss of the booking value.

Refund eligibility for no-show bookings is subject to supplier rules.

Force Majeure

Refunds and cancellations resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics or political events, shall be subject to supplier policies.

08 B2B, API & White Label Services

Travel agencies, corporate clients, API partners and White Label customers may be subject to separate commercial agreements.

Additional operational, financial and technical terms may apply and shall prevail where applicable.

Trippify reserves the right to approve, suspend or terminate access to B2B, API or White Label services when necessary.

09 Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, branding, designs and materials displayed on this website are the property of Trippify or its licensors.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or modified without prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

Trippify acts as an intermediary between customers and travel suppliers.

Trippify shall not be responsible for:

• Flight Delays
• Flight Cancellations
• Hotel Overbookings
• Visa Refusals
• Supplier Insolvency
• Government Restrictions
• Force Majeure Events

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trippify's liability shall be limited to the amount paid directly to Trippify for the affected service.

11 Privacy

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes arising from the use of Trippify services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

13 Changes To These Terms

Trippify reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated versions shall become effective immediately upon publication on the website.
